The origin of this concept goes back to the beginning of 2018, when François Kaisin, a Belgian and Argentinian Doctor of biology, professional coach and music lover, transformed his garden into a terrace, located at the foot of the medieval ramparts of the town of Avallon (Burgundy), into a space with 250 seats for concerts.
He built a 36 m2 stage and transformed it to produce up to a dozen concerts every summer. These are open events, on a non-profit basis. This project is annually planned with the support of the musician and sound engineer Claude Ramos, a small group of volunteers and with the support of Traverses, an association for the protection of terraced gardens.
Music For all
A space open to all musicians and music lovers. His own family is involved in the production of Argentinean empanadas served with local wines. This makes the space even more attractive.
ACCOMPANY professionals and share the passion for music
François decided to extend the concept of the “Scènes pour tous” of the Terrasses du Bel Air to the professional field by multiplying concerts in Burgundy and other regions and by accompanying talented musicians in their development, through coaching, representation or management.
